Pros

Flexible schedule Decent PTO Good place to start learning about the property and mortgage industry Polished layoff presentation

Cons

The last few years the company had a company re-org about every 6 months or so resulting in layoffs. Pay rate is definitely not competitive. Do not stay here long if you want to move up in life, beyond living with richer roommates Work flow goes up and down... some parts of the year the workload is heavy, some parts of the year you have barely enough work for a few hours of the day. If you truly want to stay don't expect to have too much vertical movement in the company. Easier to move up by switching around departments rather than staying in same department. When I was there employee morale was low. Company updates showing financial improvement in company which results in upper management bonuses and the possibility that you might get a semi-decent raise.

Pros

Camp L.I.F.T. is an incredible example of how Cotality brings its values to life through community impact and innovation. The program creates a meaningful opportunity to give back by inspiring young students to explore STEM, financial literacy, and leadership, while also fostering strong collaboration across teams and partners such as Foot Locker, Octane, ISACA, Google, and Cognizant. It’s truly energizing to be part of something that not only makes a difference for students, but also builds a strong sense of purpose and pride among employees.

Cons

There are very few downsides to the experience—if anything, the week goes by too quickly and it’s hard to choose which activities or sessions to be part of because there are so many great moments happening at once.

Pros

Flexible schedule is really the only positive I have. I worked there almost 10 years.

Cons

Constantly laying people off and switch contractors around. Not a big deal unless you team is admin for 7+ buisness units at once, they fire off the contractors you have spent training. They fires that team and told them tp train their replacements.
