Pros
There are some employees that are wonderful to work with.
Cons
The pay is below average and the benefits average at best. The culture is pushing to have a vast majority of workers as contractors, so the company is going from a technology company to having technology as managed outsourced with a goal of attempting to pinch every last penny left so it can be flipped/sold. Unfortunately, this has resulted in grossly understaffed and incompetent overall teams. With interest rates rising and order volumes lower, these programs have significantly accelerated. Layoffs have happened multiple times just in the last year. The few teams left who attempt to be successful are often met with significant overall internal bureaucracy. Customers simply aren't the focus here anymore, but instead, red tape and cutting costs (even when it's cutting into the bone that's left in the org).
