Cons
Pay rates have never been good during my time here. Seems only way to get a decent raise is to get an offer from another company. Worklife balance used to be ok... Company slimmed down staff to an extreme and remaining staff struggles to keep up with an already demanding workload, now heavier due to taking on additional duties/roles. And no, CoreLogic will not consider higher wages due to additional workloads from layoffs or inflation. Performers are punished with an ever growing list of responsibilities without any perks to accompany. PTO? Plenty banked, unable to use any.
