      Great employees, nice office environment, and flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      Lack of business direction and no product strategy. The company grows by buying businesses and investing into their existing products. There is no transparency within the company.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule is really the only positive I have. I worked there almost 10 years.

      Cons

      Constantly laying people off and switch contractors around. Not a big deal unless you team is admin for 7+ buisness units at once, they fire off the contractors you have spent training. They fires that team and told them tp train their replacements.
