Pros

Flexible work schedule and great health and wellness benefits Many ERGs that create a sense of belonging

Cons

Low pay compared to industry. Too many changes within the organization structure. With the upcoming changes this would be my 5th manager I report to. (I've only been with the company 4 years) Metric reviews are supposed to be based on "numbers or data" but there is favoritism. Limited opportunities for growth. Many positions are being outsourced to offshore but as a result quality of work has been impacted. This is because many of these roles were held by tenured-domestic employees. Due to the nature of industry, there are layoffs.

Pros

Excellent culture with genuinely supportive and collaborative teammates. Leadership has a clear vision for the future, and there is a strong focus on innovation and customer value. I've been impressed by the professionalism of the onboarding process, the willingness of people across the organization to help, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. It feels like a company that is investing in both its people and its products.

Cons

As with any organization going through transformation and growth, there are opportunities to continue streamlining processes and improving cross functional communication. The positive part is that the teams are receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.

Pros

Camp L.I.F.T. is an incredible example of how Cotality brings its values to life through community impact and innovation. The program creates a meaningful opportunity to give back by inspiring young students to explore STEM, financial literacy, and leadership, while also fostering strong collaboration across teams and partners such as Foot Locker, Octane, ISACA, Google, and Cognizant. It’s truly energizing to be part of something that not only makes a difference for students, but also builds a strong sense of purpose and pride among employees.

Cons

There are very few downsides to the experience—if anything, the week goes by too quickly and it’s hard to choose which activities or sessions to be part of because there are so many great moments happening at once.
