I genuinely enjoy my role and find great satisfaction in the work I do. The department and management team are supportive, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. The recent appointment of a new CEO has brought fresh leadership and vision to the company. The updated mission statement and core values reflect a renewed commitment to excellence and innovation. The company is actively advancing its journey into AI, which demonstrates a forward-thinking approach and a commitment to continuous improvement. I greatly appreciate my colleagues, whose camaraderie and professionalism make each day enjoyable and motivating.

No significant cons to report at this time. I have not encountered any notable drawbacks. Nothing negative stands out in my experience. I am currently satisfied with all aspects. No major areas of concern to mention.

After 22 years with Cotiviti, I can honestly say it's been an incredible place to build a career. Leadership has changed since I started, but it's still the people, from the top down, that make this company special...and I take pride in knowing I have had a hand in that. I've had the opportunity to work with talented, supportive colleagues and leaders who genuinely care about me, our employees and our success. Communication is strong, leadership is accessible (and personable), and the company consistently works to keep employees informed about the business and its direction. Throughout my career, I've been given opportunities to grow, learn, and take on new challenges that have kept my work both meaningful and rewarding (and busy!!!). Most importantly, I still enjoy coming to work every day. The culture, relationships, and sense of purpose have made Cotiviti more than just a workplace. We have some new Values: People Obsessed (that's me and my job), Build Better, Deeply Curious, & Make It Count. Come join us!

Cons

Like any growing organization, change is constant, but leadership does a good job communicating the reasons behind those changes, keeping employees informed, and encouraging us to talk about it. Work/Life balance is always something to think about (this could be a me problem), but they are listening and giving us more people and technology to make this better.
