After 22 years with Cotiviti, I can honestly say it's been an incredible place to build a career. Leadership has changed since I started, but it's still the people, from the top down, that make this company special...and I take pride in knowing I have had a hand in that. I've had the opportunity to work with talented, supportive colleagues and leaders who genuinely care about me, our employees and our success. Communication is strong, leadership is accessible (and personable), and the company consistently works to keep employees informed about the business and its direction. Throughout my career, I've been given opportunities to grow, learn, and take on new challenges that have kept my work both meaningful and rewarding (and busy!!!). Most importantly, I still enjoy coming to work every day. The culture, relationships, and sense of purpose have made Cotiviti more than just a workplace. Cons
Like any growing organization, change is constant, but leadership does a good job communicating the reasons behind those changes, keeping employees informed, and encouraging us to talk about it. Work/Life balance is always something to think about (this could be a me problem), but they are listening and giving us more people and technology to make this better.
