      Flexible schedule, could easily combine job with school. Great relationship with manager. Employee discount (20% - 10% on alcool - 1% on gas).

      Cons

      Store space was not optimized : couldn't fill empty shelves from behind, small backstore. Full-time employees don't get many benefits.
