Pros
Somewhat flexible shifts, you get to meet and create relationships with customers. Not many positives at all.
Cons
- Horrible shifts, no rotations. - Horrible pay - Absolutely disgusting how company treats their employees - Dangles job over head - They start to promote you, then they never actually follow through - Pitiful "raises" - No recognition (I pick up everyone else's slack, have recieved most of the mystery shops in my 3 years and have 100% on everyone of them, customers and I have great relationships, I'm extremely friendly and out going, I go above and beyond expectations) - There's favoritism (Previous manager favored the laziest and pathetic employee due to sharing same religion) - You have no voice or opinion - No outside work environment activities or functions - Basically no incentives - Can not wait to graduate my post-secondary education so I can leave this job - No respect, and there is NO "fun" as they say in their motto. - Unsafe working conditions - Their should NEVER be only one person working alone, especially at night, and when you're a young female. (Usually alone from 4-2 hours a night and have been forced to work over nights which is 10 hours alone) - Made to work very late at night and then made to work very early in the morning the next day. - Nothing is done about harassment and discrimination (Have been sexually harassed MANY times and even when I was a minor when this happened, it was reported to my manager and he didn't do anything about it, verbally abused by regular customers, bullied by customers, being stalked multiple times, being cornered outside when taking out garbages, discriminated for being a female doing manual labor outside (Ice scraping, snow shoveling and we get ice storms here and extreme blizzards with multiple feet of snow at a time all the time during the winter) ) - No hotline to report things anonymously - This is honestly the WORST job and the WORST company I have ever worked for and it is disgraceful
