Great management Great team Not a difficult job

Cons

Low pay Long shifts Hardly any breaks because of so much stuff to get done and low staff Mentally and physically exhausting Haven't been moved up in the company as promised or have yet to get a raise. Calls on my days off or ask to work a double when someone calls in sick. Public bathrooms to clean Going out in extreme weather conditions
