Managers, Assistant Managers, play favorites all of the time. It drives staff crazy - because no matter how hard you work, or how hard you try to do everything you are asked to do - you cannot win if you are not a " favorite ". Also Couche Tard discriminates against it's part timers - their pay increase system is based on hours worked, so part timers have to wait twice as long to get an increase than full timers do. I wonder how Couche Tard would fare without it's part timers........especially considering that their full timers are mostly lazy?
