Pros
Benefits are better than most places, but in the last two years, they have definitely decreased. Depending what department you are in, they pay for higher education.... but this again depends if you are considered a valuable employee
Cons
Step increases were frozen for years, now they come in much smaller increments once per year, which means you will pretty much make the same for years. Theres alot of favoratism and that often determines who moves up. Most departments are under staffed, therefor workers are incredibly over worked
