Great benefits but many disengaged employees and horrible pay - Anonymous employee Covenant Health (Tennessee) Employee Review

The pay is horrible unless you are in senior management. The senior management has very little regard to employees as the employee is deemed replaceable. There is no upward mobility as most job movement is lateral. Executives receive a nice bonus structure while many of the employees struggle. Many of the top positions are filled with outside people. There is no organic growth.
