Horrible place/Fortunes best place to work?? - Anonymous employee Covenant Health (Tennessee) Employee Review

Hyper-political, poorly managed. Incorrect paychecks, told on 2 different occasions that "it doesn't matter". Wouldn't hire enough help in most of the departments, worked 7-8 hours most days without a break, (factory workers usually fare better than this). FB a no-no, but chg. nurse stayed on it all the time, while we couldn't get a break. Worker bees are just a commodity, with no value to them and easily replaced. Save yourself the headache and skip this employer!!
