Feels like high school - Patient Account Representative Covenant Health (Tennessee) Employee Review

Training isn't consistent since there are no set training methods. You are just placed to shadow someone and your success really depends on how well your training goes. The worst part though is that the place is like high school. One of the supervisors acts like the ring leader, and if you are part of her posse, you will get the special treatment, special projects, special attention and awards, etc. HR knows about this favoritism, but does nothing about it.
