      Pros

      I've worked with a lot of skilled and dedicated nurses, doctors, and allied health care professionals and it was a rewarding experience to be a part of that group.

      Cons

      Poor staffing ratios which is a common issue in any hospitals. Internal career movement can be difficult especially if you are trying to leave the bedside.
