Coworkers on your same level are friendly, the job keeps you engaged and the building and the company offer a sense of pride
Cons
Management is a joke. Covenant works harder not smarter. The people who are supposed to be motivators are burnt out and aren't shy about sharing it. You're left to stick up for yourself while other "favorites" are given undivided attention and care. It is not a professional workplace.
