      Pros

      I've worked in the corporate offices of Covenant Transport for over two years now, and I have to say that as far as the people, management, and culture are concerned it's one of the best places I've ever worked.

      Cons

      Possibly due to the people-focused culture, the business processes and productivity standards can be lacking.
