Was it easy? No. There were many challenges, successes and failures. But nothing compares to providing a professional investigation to a client who is extremely grateful for your efforts. I excelled at being a field investigator and was given an opportunity to advance into Case Management for the Surveillance Division. I spent 3 years as a CM before I was given an opportunity to become a Regional Recruiter where I spent the next 2 years being responsible for bringing in new talent to the company which is where I found my true calling. I was also given an opportunity to assist in our Training program where I instructed new employees on our Case Assignment System. Business needs sometimes change and I was presented with another challenge in my career and was asked to return to the field as an investigator. I met this challenge head on. A short time later, I was given an opportunity to return to Case Management, this time for the Claims Division in charge of a team of investigators responsible for complex claims assignments. I spent 1.5 years in this role before I returned to my current position as a Regional Recruiter. ICS Merrill, now CoventBridge Group has for the past 11 years provided me with multiple opportunities to excel and grow in a career I love. It has provided for my family and continues to do so.
