Pros

The culture is pretty good. There are a lot of perks about working here like free lunch and work/life balance and they have some pretty cool company events too. Alot of people work hard to give us good food and fun stuff to do. Really cool folks to work with.

Cons

Reading these reviews makes you think wow what a great place to work and I do work here but I can't say that it is 100% like this so maybe the other reviews are just from the Columbus office? Overall it really awesome but it has some drawbacks. So for one thing they basically make you work inside a box but they are always asking for your opinion on it or what you think about this or that but then nothing ever changes. Sometimes they come up with an idea and take off with it then later they ask how we feel about it but then they just defend it so it doesn't seem like they are truly willing change anything. Like I said there are alot of people who work really hard to give us good food and fun stuff and most of us are really grateful. It is hard to hear others complain about how they didn't get every single thing they wanted like the world should just revolve around them ha ha ! Maybe someone should remind them you get what you pay for and since they didn't pay for it . . . well then they can just be quiet because they are ruining it for the rest of us ! :-D but for real it is sad to hear them complain so much and never to the people who can do anything about it so I guess maybe they really only want to hear themselves talk. But like I said it is an awesome place to work and you won't find another place like it in Ohio so if you are smart and hard working then you should apply!

Pros

Remote opportunities, great networking, fast paced environment

Cons

There is minimal investment in employee development, priorities shift constantly, and there is little transparency into management-level decisions. Compensation is below market rates, making it difficult to feel valued for the work being done. Recent organizational changes have created a culture of uncertainty and blame, where finger-pointing has become increasingly common. The work environment has changed dramatically over the past year, and what was once a collaborative atmosphere now feels discouraging. It’s genuinely difficult to feel motivated to even log in each day.
