Pros

CMM was my best place to work and grow for the longest time. Amazing coworkers (for now, losing people every day)

Cons

All these changes being implemented by McKesson are making me and a lot of other employees nervous. Turnover is very high now and we are losing some amazing people. I understand that we are no longer a start up but we are all paid below average for Columbus and on top of that we now are required to cover our benefits. We are getting a slight pay increase ($3000 per employee) but it is not enough to offset everything. Everyone is either scared for the future or leaving and it is so sad to see this happen to such an amazing company. I came to CoverMyMeds because I believed in our mission but I stayed because of my amazing coworkers and I truly felt like CMM cared about me. That is no longer the case and I feel like this next year will be the hardest year yet.

Thank you for your honesty and willingness to share your experience. We work hard to engage our employees and help make CoverMyMeds their best place to work and grow. I’m disappointed to hear you are feeling nervous and sad — it’s not the experience we want you to have. Change is a constant at CoverMyMeds as we continue to achieve remarkable growth. We expect that may continue as we unify under one CoverMyMeds team. While this exciting transformation will position us and our business for long-term growth and success, we know that changes impact us differently. I hope you’ll continue to trust our leaders and your teammates as we navigate the path to our bright future. Our culture is shaped and owned by all of us, and I hope you’ll participate in adding to it. Feel free to connect with me directly if you’d like to share more of your constructive criticism. — Lachandra Baker, Senior Manager, Employee Engagement

Pros

Remote opportunities, great networking, fast paced environment

Cons

There is minimal investment in employee development, priorities shift constantly, and there is little transparency into management-level decisions. Compensation is below market rates, making it difficult to feel valued for the work being done. Recent organizational changes have created a culture of uncertainty and blame, where finger-pointing has become increasingly common. The work environment has changed dramatically over the past year, and what was once a collaborative atmosphere now feels discouraging. It’s genuinely difficult to feel motivated to even log in each day.
