I am glad you were one of them and appreciate your efforts to support our mission. Any transformational change is hard. CoverMyMeds has had its fair share over its 13-year existence. We have all been learning and growing through it all. We haven’t always been excellent in our execution of the changes, but I do believe the leadership team has really tried to keep the employees at the center of every decision they made. Some of those decisions were well-received, while others were difficult to hear. As we continue to evolve, we look to our employees to help us navigate this journey together.
