Pros

Amazing team members, by far the smartest and most talented I've ever worked with. Everyone pushes each other to do their best. No red tape whatsoever; if you have an idea, run with it and see what happens. Leadership preaches that great employees need minimal rules to get the job done and they back it up in practice. - Casual dress code - Free downtown parking - 100% paid benefits for the whole family! - Free lunch from the one of a kind Chef Becky! - Nerf guns, pool table, beer in the kitchen and none of it just for show

Cons

- It's busy. Really busy, but in a great way. The day is over before you know it. - Not the place for process people. Everything is evolving and job descriptions shift. You have to be adaptable. - Small company means everyone is in the spotlight. If you succeed, it's noticed. If you struggle, it's also noticed.

Pros

Remote opportunities, great networking, fast paced environment

Cons

There is minimal investment in employee development, priorities shift constantly, and there is little transparency into management-level decisions. Compensation is below market rates, making it difficult to feel valued for the work being done. Recent organizational changes have created a culture of uncertainty and blame, where finger-pointing has become increasingly common. The work environment has changed dramatically over the past year, and what was once a collaborative atmosphere now feels discouraging. It’s genuinely difficult to feel motivated to even log in each day.
