Pros
My two summers of experience were amazing. This company made me feel like family at work. I can rave about the people there all day long. Very hardworking people and care a lot about safety. They treated their interns very nicely. HR was a hit or miss if they liked you or not but still very nice. The operators were very very helpful. Since I wasn't a full time hire I'm not sure about any benefits but the interns were paid very well.
Cons
My last summer there they gave me projects and straight up told me we won't implement them they didn't have the money. Nothing like killing your motivation. I was always looking for more work to be done something I could complete within the three months I was there because my project I was working on was a very long term project. But my previous projects the year before when I was in a different business unit was my favorite projects and I felt like I gave them valuable information and had more of a scope.
