      Very deep technical and scientific resources. Growing international coordination and exposure. Business is growing in Asia. Company is working hard to change.

      Cons

      Change may not be coming fast enough. Without experience in Germany, it can be difficult to advance. US operations are becoming increasingly sparse as the company shifts more resources to Asia.
