      Pros

      Good supportive engineering team. The plant is extremely safe and the upper management always lets employees know that safety comes first.

      Cons

      Some of the buildings had very little sunlight (laboratories). Sometimes there were TOO many meetings - it would be difficult to get work done in the day.
