Pros

- Coworkers are great - Benefits are decent - Unlimited PTO - Some corporate perks (Not as many for remote offices such as Kanas City, Dallas, etc) - Majority of the work load for the month is done in the first week and the rest of the month is pretty slow.

Cons

- Job is presented as longer hours during the beginning of the month, but they are vague in the interview process what that means. Those hours are on average 10+ hour days. (Also not paid over time) - Work from home is NOT an option for the design team and has become a major point of tension. - Poor leadership. Leaders make lots of promises but have little follow through. - Morale is very low. - Job tasks are very mundane. A lot of repetitive digital production work.

Pros

Competitive pay, benefits and bonuses.

Cons

It is a great company and as such there exists over communication; however, I’m not sure how they get past “too much” communication.
