Pros
There used to be a lot of fun people to work with in the company. There are some good people left in lower management and below roles.
Cons
I was employed by Cox for 8 years. They continuously reduce their labor force, promise to backfill positions, but actually just expect everyone to do more work for the same amount of money. Leadership has no interest in the wellbeing of its employees. They forced employees to take the experimental covid-19 shot, under threat of being fired, only to reverse that decision 7 months after the employees were forced to undergo the irreversible procedure. At one point, Alex Taylor, the president of the company, put out a video saying that him forcing the experimental shot on his employees was because he cared about them. This is the same logic pimps use when they abuse their prostitutes: "I'm doing this cause I love you, baby". The leadership, if you can call it that, is lacking any semblance of humanity, ethics, or morality. Stay away from Cox Automotive if you care about yourself.
