Opportunity to move around to different business units.
Cons
You'll be laid off every couple years regardless of performance. They make you stress about what's going to happen to you, and then offer you a different territory or a different position a month later. Frequent comp plan changes so you can never get ahead or know what's going on. They know they can put you through the stress and you'll come back because they hold the pension over your head. They send out regular emails about diversity and inclusion initiatives, but still play favorites when they are laying people off, ex: laying off a higher performing black man while keeping a white man that's not hitting goal.
