Pros
Competitive pay, decent benefits, easy work
Cons
Coworkers were horrible people. Whoever recruited them needs to be do a better job at vetting their applicants. Nothing was ever done to resolve issues that persisted the entire length of my employment, no matter to whom the incidents were reported. This company was very clearly more concerned about making money than the well-being of their staff, despite trying to convince us otherwise with their newsletters and webinars designed for us to think we can connect with others. I experienced my first panic attack working here, the onset of which begun not even 30 minutes after my shift started. The cherry on top was when they informed us of their decision to close all the offices in our state, giving us less than a month to prepare before terminating all 75 of us. Do not work here.
