Pros
Only the benefits are a positive anymore
Cons
Management has little to no experience with managing people. If you’re a terrible human, kiss the right butt, have compromising pics of a VP, or drink the Director’s koolaid, then you’ll be just fine though. Almost forgot, if you’re into the Karate Kid you’ll be besties with the Director too! Micromanagement runs strong Nothing is “confidential” at this company. NOTHING. Management changes weekly. No core values. Sure, they speak about them and throw them on a PowerPoint to look cool, but those are LONG gone. Billion dollar company who can’t afford to pay their “forced remote” workers anything towards internet. Profits! Profits! Profits! The company is concerned with one item.. Profit.
