Pros
1. I think the pay is better than most people for the level you are at 2. Great work life balance 3. When the company says it stands for something, it truly does mean it.
Cons
1. There can be instances where people have been there for years, so they are kept even if they shouldn't be (pro and con) 2. recent turmoil with a merger, so there is uncertainty 3. Maybe harder to get promoted. Promotions usually happen if someone leaves, and a spot opens up.
