Pros
Great products to sell and great resources. My co-workers are good people & mid level managers are very supportive
Cons
The Upper management team and the sales team structure is constantly being shuffled every year. Sales people are saddled with too many procedures and sales structure is over burden with corporate bureaucracy. Management won't make the investment to upgrade processes that would better manage product inventory. The sales support structure needs to be overhauled to better support the sales team. Compensation is not commensurate with the dramatic increases in yearly budgets.
