      Cox has good pay and benefits, vacation time is accrued on a monthly basis. Free cable, phone and internet!

      Cox is undergoing a very critical time. It has experienced a big declined in sales leading to many lay off during last 2 years.

      Benefits were good and PTO was nice.

      Cons

      Leadership fails at seeing opportunity. Sales approach is archaic and those who act in bad faith are rewarded. If you try and move to a different role leadership will reward you with a PIP.
