      The hourly pay & commissions were very good. Benefits were excellent. The Team environment was like family. The team leaders were very personable.

      Cons

      They were always changing the commission criteria. Sometimes they changed it in the middle of the month.

      good pay and benefit, good co-workers and work-life balance most of the time

      Cons

      company has had a hard time keeping up with the industry, however, the industry has been struggling to fight the streaming service. now we're going through a sale being purchased by charter communications
