They've recently moved to a nationwide Gainshare program where everyone's bonus is based upon how the company does as a whole and this year employees or at least lower level employees receive nothing. It used to be bonuses based upon how individual regions performed, which I think is more fair. If a region blows their goals out of the water but yet the company suffers as a whole, basically they're just telling that region that performed well "Thanks for all your hard work, as a reward you get nothing".
