Business Outlook
Pros
The ability to work from home. Decent work life balance depending upon your manager. I think the company could be okay overall it really depends on the group you get in and your manager.
Cons
The benefits could be better, the systems or outdated and antiquated. I've never worked for a company where the numbers didn't tie out exactly. My current managers don't communicate well at all. Also, I was told it was company policy that I could only get a "Needs Improvement" on my annual review if I've only been at the company a year. I've been a Financial Analyst for eight years and I feel I've digressed two years in a 12-month period in my current role at this company.
