There was a tremendous focus on employee development - training, creating a team oriented environment. There was great flexibility to do what needed to be done. Very customer and employee oriented organization; in general, a good corporate culture to work in.

company has had a hard time keeping up with the industry, however, the industry has been struggling to fight the streaming service. now we're going through a sale being purchased by charter communications
