The preferred internet service is awesome speed.

Cons

Customer service not having me signed up for the correct monthly amount. I signed up on may 23, 2014. They came out the next day. Noticed I needed a faster speed so I called in to change my plan and that's when I find out, my account monthly rate was incorrect from when I signed up. Good thing the notes were on the account and now i've been waiting for my account to be updated to the correct monthly rate and it's now June 4th. I've had to call them 3 other times since to make sure it's been completed since I was told 3-5 business days and yesterday was told it could take up to a full bill cycle to update. Very Unhappy.

Pros

good pay and benefit, good co-workers and work-life balance most of the time

Cons

company has had a hard time keeping up with the industry, however, the industry has been struggling to fight the streaming service. now we're going through a sale being purchased by charter communications
