Decent to work for if in right department - Construction Supervisor Cox Communications Employee Review

Manager was miserable to work for. Upper management blind to his behaviour. No history of promoting anyone under him, very threatened by anyone that could look better than him. To be fair, this was previous manager that i worked under. they have promoted him and relocated him to another market. Current manager has excellent reputation for how he treats the people under him, and I would defintly recomend working for him and Cox.
