Pros
Training Benefits Management Flexibility Pay
Cons
This company is happy to pay you adequately, give you great benefits right away, as well as all the training you could ask for. In exchange though, you must be able to handle a heavy workload, stressful situations, and be on your A game constantly. There is no room for mistakes, and they expect you to be able to sign on clients, promising an increased ROI, when really TV consumption is dwindling and cable cutting is a real thing. Make lemonade out of dirt. Oh and if you are doing too well than they may end up just terminating you in the end so they can collect all of those accounts and put them in house so they look better to corporate regarding their ratio of house accounts to consultants. So it's all a coin flip, be exceptional at your job, but not to good, stay in the middle and you can be successful here. The management is amazing and they do their best, you can tell corporate just has a thumb on them.
