benefits are nice, heavily discounted service. commission. good schedule if you do a good job.
Cons
Just being verbally abused by angry customers gets tiring, you have to use your PTO if you are sick or if you have an emergency. Required overtime is bad especially if you already work a 10 hour shift. Also they say they like to hire within, however i have applied to multiple positions with my degree i received a year ago and still have not even been on 1 interview. Its kind of disheartening because i would like to stay with cox and grow, but the advancement is very difficult when you are in the technical support department.
