Limited upward mobility in recent times - company has been downsizing or "re-organizing." Strange new management culture that has some alarming trends. In my immediate group / department I saw them terminating senior employees over policies that were never before enforced. I decided that there was no point in sticking around with this company for the long haul so I moved on when I had the opportunity.
