Pros

Great benefits and commission was very high compared to other jobs.

Cons

This job is an anxiety pit. You are talking to 40 plus customers a day and all they do is complain and tell you their depressing life stories and how much they hate Cox. So many people calling in we were required mandatory 4 hour overtime per week and overtime doing this job was absolutely terrible.

good pay and benefit, good co-workers and work-life balance most of the time

Cons

company has had a hard time keeping up with the industry, however, the industry has been struggling to fight the streaming service. now we're going through a sale being purchased by charter communications
