Good Mobility within locations and departments. Good leadership but depends on the department.
Cons
Highly political. Hinders work progress of employees in favor of political decision making. Not empowered to make good decisions for the company, instead told what to do by micro-managers whose decisions are based on their own well-being and not the company's as a whole.
