Unreasonable goals, micro managed, inconsistent management, rigged call queue, too many non sales calls in the sales department, no growth opportunity, no raises, constant change that does not benefit employee, structure in place devised to limit your comission, too many metrics to meet, high turnover, 70% of reps do not make comission
