Put bread on the table.

Cons

They give you little to no leeway to resolve issues with customers, even when the issue was obviously Cox's fault, leaving you to deal with (sometimes understandably, often excessively) angry customers.

good pay and benefit, good co-workers and work-life balance most of the time

Cons

company has had a hard time keeping up with the industry, however, the industry has been struggling to fight the streaming service. now we're going through a sale being purchased by charter communications
