      Loved everyone I worked with, my prior manager/leaders, my hiring managers, and colleagues. It was never a dull moment at Cox.

      Cons

      In the short period of time with Cox, I experienced 3 reorgs and 3 VP's. That was not very fascinating or encouraging...

      Cons

      Recent leadership changes have shifted the culture, and decision-making increasingly favors established insiders over the best ideas. Aging systems and infrastructure can lag behind, leaving limited appetite for innovation and modernization.
