      Pros

      Great coworkers, tools, and resources to do your job. Great brand for attracting talent.

      Cons

      So many changes (annually actually). The directors and managers are in it only for them. We are on our 4th VP in 3 years. If you are out in the field or remote forget about opportunities since leadership feels you need to be in Atlanta to be relevant. Culture has changed big time with current VP , telecommuting and being remote is frowned upon.

      Strong compensation and benefits, a genuinely collaborative culture, and real opportunities for advancement and professional growth. Smart, supportive colleagues and meaningful exposure to large-scale enterprise programs.

      Cons

      Recent leadership changes have shifted the culture, and decision-making increasingly favors established insiders over the best ideas. Aging systems and infrastructure can lag behind, leaving limited appetite for innovation and modernization.
