Pros
Awesome company culture. I love that there is a focus on corporate responsibility with a long history of community volunteering, sustainability and wellness. Tons of benefits that encourage work-life balance, including flex-work and unlimited PTO. Beautiful campus. The ability to transfer between divisions and gain experience in different industries/brands without leaving the company. Coworkers are very respectful and fun to collaborate with.
Cons
No one wants to leave! It's such a great place to work that sometimes your career progression can slow down if you are not willing to take lateral moves within the company.
